  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Hotel Sport website (hereinafter: the Service)
  2. The administrator of personal data contained in the Service is TDJ s.c., Koszalin 75-503, Sportowa 14 registered under the business register number NIP: 6692445192 (hereinafter: the Administrator).

To ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, compliant with relevant legal acts concerning personal data protection, particularly with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. The Administrator exercises particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects, especially ensuring that personal data is:
    1. processed lawfully;
    2. collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes;
    3. factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
    4. stored in a form that allows identification of the data subjects no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
  5. Personal data is processed based on the consent given by the users of the Service and in cases where applicable law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data.
  6. The Administrator processes voluntary personal data provided by Service users solely for the purpose of:
    1. responding to inquiries submitted by users using the contact form,
    2. accepting reservations through the online booking system,
    3. providing services offered by the Administrator under Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the Client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the booking process or inquiry via the contact form. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a request to the Administrator's email address,
    5. the realization of the legitimate interest of the personal data Administrator in specific cases pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g., debt collection or video monitoring of the Facility premises.
  7. Recipients of personal data may include authorities, institutions, and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the data Administrator (e.g., legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities involved in providing the ordered service).
  8. The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and offer customization.
  9. Users who provide personal data to the Administrator have the right to access such data. They also have the right to modify, request deletion, restrict, or stop the processing of their personal data at any time. Users can also request the deletion of their personal data from the Service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply as there is no established standard for exchanging such data between hotel facilities.
  10. Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  12. Every user of the Service may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
  13. The Administrator obtains information about users and their behaviors in the following ways:
    1. by voluntary entry of information in forms,
    2. by collecting cookies.
  14. Upon first visiting the Hotel Sport website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the site, the user accepts the use of cookies. Failure to change browser settings by the user is equivalent to consenting to the use of cookies.

Cookies contain information essential for the proper functioning of the website, especially those requiring authorization.
